MARKET

Last weekend, I set off to my nearest market town with a friend to go to a 'beer festival' on a rugby pitch. I was expecting big butch rugby players falling about absolutely plastered, but it was a large-ish marquee with local bands/artists performing to a rather tame set of people. There were some great bands and the tent was surrounded by, rather conveniently for my stomach, a burger van and a cake stall.

We wandered off to the high-street of town and the weekly saturday market had taken over the already narrow pavement. After much awkward pushing and shoving I managed to make a few purchases...

I found this gorgeous necklace on a random jewellery stall. It sort of reminds me of a native-american-indianish style. Its intricately detailed and I adore it but the chain is too short for me but I'm planning on buying an extension chain - if they even exist...

I also managed to quickly grab this be-a-utifullll Calvin Klein lipstick in 'heat wave', which I thought i was appropriate because of the great British weather (gale-force winds/hail/frost-bite-risk-temperatures)...

Anyway, its a lovely orangey-red colour but it looks more red on camera. yay.
