COMPETITION OPPORTUNITY: fashion writing!

Whilst sitting painfully in a Geography lesson involving writing about pointless graphs I snuck onto my Gmail and came across a rather exciting looking email. Titled 'Freemans Student Fashion Writer Compeition' I quickly opened it (making sure my teacher wasn't about!) and read the contents of the email...

WHATS THE BIG IDEA?

Freemans is one of the oldest UK based catalogue-based clothing companies, dating back to 1905(!!). They focus on bringing you unique and exclusive fashion ranges straight to your door and also have a strong relationship with their customers, this competition proving that.

Last year Helen Wilkinson won a compeition that bagged her a brand new iPad and a blog post featuring on freemans.com and this year the company are reaching out to fashion students and bloggers to help support their ever-growing e-store and award their customers again.

THIS YEAR?

Your challenge is to piece together an outfit involving the perfect party dress ('think New Years or Christmas') using the Freemans catalogue for inspiration. Add a supporting blog piece of 250-400 words and your well on your way to a faaaaantastic prize!

For more detailed information and to view the prizes click here.

Good luck to anyone who takes part!

p.s. I have not been paid to write this blog post and am in no way promoting Freemans Catalogue, I am simply showing you this valuable opportunity through my blog.

Blimey! I had a Freemans catalogue about 40 years ago - didn't think they were still around. Go for it Faye!
